"Mark & Linda’s team at the office is nothing short of extraordinary & they’ve satisfactorily assisted me with multiple insurance needs over the last three years! I’d especially like to mention Jessica, for her ability to calmly handle any questions I have regarding my situation; she always has me feeling like I’m the only favored customer; that is the atmosphere & attitude of all the staff I’ve encountered & it feels wonderful to be seen, heard & respected! I called the office at 4:10 p.m. on a Friday with an urgent request to obtain coverage for a different car (after my previous car was totaled by an uninsured, unlicensed driver) & Jessica quickly resolved this issue by phone & email & had me fully covered within 20 minutes! On a Friday afternoon! And how many people would remember the special name I had for my previous car; Jessica did!
