"The young lady that helped me gets a full 5 stars. I only gave them a 4 star because of the price. I was paying 87.00 a month on a 2004 honda accord and replaced it with a 94 Cherokee and added an 83 ford ranger and my son to the insurance. Both of us have no tickets,dui's, or accidents. The price jumped to 354.00 . 116 for the ranger and 243.00 for the Cherokee. The price jump is ridiculous. They are going to review it and let me know what happened. If the price doesn't drop I'm going to have to find insurance through someone else. The young lady that helped me though was very polite and efficient and willing to help in any way she could. She was awesome."

His customer service skills are superb; he is patient, knowledgeable, relatable, friendly, laid back and detail-oriented. He has time for me every time I reach out and makes me feel so comfortable and happy to speak with him, even when I am giving him $2500.00 plus for our monthly automobile premium. I pray our premium will decrease one day soon (LOL), but we have so many vehicles, so that may not be the case any time soon. I love talking with Jake and I love how he always follows up; no broken promises with him. "From start to finish, Mark and team were amazing. About a month ago, I decided to shop around for rates (umbrella coverage, including auto, home, etc.). I put out inquiries to 5 different companies.
